A. ScrapeJet allows usage on 2 PC’s owned by you, such as your Desktop and Laptop or Desktop and a VPS.
A. Yes private proxies are encouraged over free proxies and the format is IP:PORT:USER:PASS
A. No at this stage we don’t however one may be opened in the future.
A. At this stage we only accept payments via PayPal.com and payments by Echeck are subject to clearance before your license is activated
A. It runs on XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 2003/3008 Server on both 32 and 64 Bit. It does NOT run natively on a Mac, however it will work under Windows emulation such as Parallels, VMWare etc on the Mac.
A. It has full Unicode support, so it supports languages such as English, French, German, Chinese, Russian, Arabic etc. However the applications GUI is only available in English.
A. PayPal offers a “Return to Merchant” link after payment, if you didn’t click this you will receive an email within a few hours with download and activation instructions.
We have an online members area you can login to and reset your license when you change PC’s or reformat Windows.
A. No, we tried in the past however most of these second hand licenses have caused problems with sellers claiming the license was hacked and attempting to get the license back after receiving the money, they also cause a huge load on support staff mediating between buyer and seller, trying to determine who the real owners of licenses are due to bad deals, terminating and re-assigning license to different details, complaints from being ripped off etc. ScrapeJet is an affordable one time purchase, and the risks and support overheads far outweigh the potential few dollar savings.
A. No it’s not, ScrapeJet is totally self contained like a portable app and it makes no changes to your PC or Registry and doesn’t need installing it just runs.
A. Yes ScrapeJet is updated frequently, and all updates are totally free.
